This role is ideal for a teacher who is dedicated to making a real difference to pupils with special educational needs and is confident in adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs. The Role: Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEN Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment Working closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals Monitoring progress and adapting strategies to support individual pupils The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification Have experience teaching pupils with SEN (school or specialist setting) Be patient, resilient, and adaptable Have strong behaviour management and communication skills Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Why Work with Tradewind Recruitment?
