5. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence with clients.
6. Analyse credit data and financial statements to assess creditworthiness.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes efficiently.
8. Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and progress towards collection targets.
9. Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
