Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Account Handler, located in Macclesfield, Cheshire. The Commercial Account Handler will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling renewals, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with insurers. Day-to-day tasks will include liaising with clients to understand their needs, preparing insurance quotes, and ensuring all insurance coverage is up to date and suitable for the clients.
Qualifications
* Experience in Renewals and Insurance Brokerage
* Skills in Customer Service and Account Management
* Comprehensive knowledge of the Insurance industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Relevant professional certifications is a plus
