Administrator - Clinical Support
Band 3
Part-time Administrator – Clinical Support (Various hours)
We seek enthusiastic individuals with a flexible approach to join our friendly Clinical Administration Team, supporting clinical teams within the 0–19 Services. This permanent role is based at Slaithwaite Town Hall.
The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and be proficient in using SystmOne.
You should possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities include word processing, liaising with patients, carers, colleagues, professionals, and outside agencies. Excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.
You will be an effective team player, capable of motivating colleagues, multitasking, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines. The ability to work on your own initiative, remain calm in busy environments, and prioritize effectively is required.
