Responsibilities:
* Commitment to excellent customer service - handling all inbound customer queries in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner.
* Conducting customer branch tours and managing security access, always maintaining client discretion.
* Buying, selling, and testing all consumer bullion products.
* Handling large volumes of cash in line with the 4-eye policy.
* Creating invoices for all Vault and Bullion services to customers.
* Delivering high levels of process control and security.
* Commitment to all aspects of Health & Safety.
* Maintaining and securing accurate customer records to guarantee GDPR.
* Consistently ensuring first-class housekeeping.

* Wednesday = 10:00 - 18:00
* Thursday = 10:00 - 18:00
* Friday = 10:00 - 18:00
* Saturday = 10:00 - 15:00
* Sunday = 10:00 - 15:00
