The candidate will own the Strategic Integration Programme of all services lines offered by CBRE, with the aim of delivering compelling value-add outcomes across with supported business cases and return on investment (ROI) across the client portfolio life-cycle. They will be managing the transformation of the Global Advisory, PJM and FM model to create/deliver a "one team" approach globally. The creation and management of a holistic programme that addresses the integration of data, systems, services and deliverables will be a key aspect of the role. Working closely with the Global Alliance Director, they will be accountable for managing cross-service line initiatives and activity and will act as the principle conduit for communication between the client and CBRE. The role requires experience in working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. Role Summary: Acts as principle point of contact for senior client stakeholders Responsible for the strategic engagement and collaboration with client Real Estate and FM Executive team, to bring full breadth of CBRE thought leadership and innovation, driving excellence to achieve industry-leading results Accountable for the management, performance and value-add delivered through the integration of CBRE services Responsible for the development and management of the Strategic Integration Programme and its associated processes, governance and compliance regimes supported by business case and aligned ROI with the client. Proactively draws upon the CBRE platform to bring in specialist expertise Drive the continuous improvement agenda across all aspects of the account Develops integrated data and service solutions that can be operationalized across the account portfolio Applies a structured change management approach and methodology for the implementation of solutions Proactively identifies potential business risks and develops specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns Develops a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training for the transformation Other duties and projects as assigned by the Global Alliance Director and Life Sciences Sector Leadership Experience Required: Real estate and advisory experience Experience within the life sciences / pharmaceutical sector is essential. Strong understanding of FM operations Experience in leading integrated global CRE/FM organisations Demonstrates tangible leadership and relationship management skills both across client stakeholders and CBRE RE and FM teams Strong track record of delivering financial savings commitments and operational outcomes Management experience across global markets and cultures Hold a business management or related degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to liaise with key Stakeholders CBRE GWS
