Location: Commutable from Bilston, Walsall, Wednesbury, Smethwick, Tipton & Surrounding Areas

The Role Maintenance Technician (Electrical / Mechanical)
As part of our dedicated maintenance team, you'll be responsible for:
9. Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a wide range of production equipment
10. Fault finding and repairing plant machinery in a fast paced, automated environment
11. Supporting plant upgrades, continuous improvement projects and occasional installations
12. Working on electrical and / or mechanical systems, depending on your skillset
13. Collaborating with the wider engineering and production teams to ensure maximum plant uptime
Requirements – What Were Looking For:
14. Formally qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or above)
15. Ideally apprentice trained, with a strong multi-skilled background
16. Proven experience working in FMCG, manufacturing, production or automated environments
17. Familiarity with Plc systems and/or robotics is advantageous (but not essential)
18. A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently within a small team
