We’re all about maintaining excellent care and support! * Budget Boss: * Manage the home’s budget like a pro, ensuring financial targets are hit and costs are well managed. * Marketing Maven: * Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to keep those beds filled and services top-of-mind for potential residents and families. * Relationship Rockstar: * Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders. Responding effectively is your superpower! * Administrative Ace: * Keep all records in shipshape order and ensure admin tasks are completed efficiently. * Continuous Improvement Guru: * Monitor and evaluate the business performance, always on the lookout for areas to polish and improve. * Risk Management Whiz: * Ensure a safe and secure haven for those being cared for and staff by managing and mitigating risks like a pro. Who You Are: * A Manager with Level 5 certification or willing to complete it on the company’s dime.( Being a previous Registered Manager is a bonus) * A Deputy Manager looking to rise to the occasion?
