Heating Engineer at Sureserve
We are a national company delivering high‑quality energy and heating solutions across the UK. We seek an experienced gas engineer to service and repair domestic heating and hot water systems for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region.
* Ensure high levels of customer care and meet quality standards.
* Communicate updates and progress of work, completing required paperwork electronically and manually.
* Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records.
* Ensure stock ordering and auditing procedures keep relevant parts available for job requirements.
Key Attributes & Requirements
* Gas qualifications are essential including at least CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.
* Availability for out of hours evening and weekend cover on a rota basis.
* Friendly and professional attitude to build strong relationships with clients & tenants.
* Completion of all appropriate criminal and reference checks before starting work.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch) with call‑out rota for evenings & weekends.
