Salary: £25,000 basic | OTE £55,000+ (uncapped) + Company Car
Richard Abson Group is proud to be working with a premium main dealership in Chester to recruit an experienced and driven Car Sales Executive.

The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
* Selling both new and used premium vehicles
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover
* Building long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
* Maximising profitability on each vehicle sale
You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 4 Sales Executives, all focused on performance, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
What’s on Offer
* Basic salary of £25,000
* Uncapped OTE of £55,000+ (based on approx. 120 units per year)
* Earnings based on both volume and profit per vehicle

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
* 1 in 3 weekends off
* Plus a day off in the week, every week
About You
* Proven experience in car sales (ideally within a main dealership)
* A strong track record of achieving targets
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Highly motivated, professional, and driven to succeed
