We’re looking for a Key Account & Employer Outreach Executive to play a pivotal role in connecting employers with high-quality training and apprenticeship solutions.
Operating from a home base (ideally in or around the Lincoln area), you’ll travel across a wide region – from Louth down to Stamford, across to the East Coast, and West to Newark-on-Trent. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Developing partnerships – building strong, long-term relationships with employers, understanding their workforce needs, and presenting training and apprenticeship solutions that add real value.
2. Driving growth – achieving agreed sales targets by promoting a diverse portfolio of apprenticeships, skills programmes, and workforce development services.
