Bar and Restaurant Manager at Hotel Du Vin.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the smooth running of the Bar, Bistro and Meetings Operation.
* Coach and support the team to deliver the highest standards.
* Meet budgeted targets and KPIs.
* Operate a branded restaurant and transition into a hotel career.
* Work flexible shifts across 7 days a week, 365 days a year – shift patterns and hours can be discussed at interview.
