Location: Brae and Hulme Children’s Homes – Sowerby Bridge
Home: 2x Solo Children’s Home
Salary: £35,000 to £37,250 depending on experience
Annual Bonus: £1500 per annum OTE
Honorarium: £2500 per annum
Ofsted Outstanding Bonus: £750 per home (up to £1500)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About The Role
Due to an internal move, we are seeking to appoint a deputy manager to oversee 2 solo homes located less than a mile from each other. Both homes are currently Ofsted OUTSTANDING.
This is not a shift-based role and does not include sleep-ins as part of the standard rota. The role is primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility required to meet the needs of the young people. Any sleep-ins completed are paid at an additional £45 per sleep.

1. Essential - QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare/Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
2. Essential - Suitable experience at Senior/Team leader or Deputy manager level specifically within a residential home for children, leading on shifts and following the children’s homes regulations.
