g2 Recruitment invests heavily in the development of our people. Due to continued growth across our business, we are expanding our Learning & Development (L&D) team by hiring an additional Academy & Systems Trainer for our London office, with some travel to other sites.
About the Role
We seek someone passionate about recruitment who wants to transition from a 360 recruitment role into a sales support position. At g2, all consultants start as trainees, and developing new starters quickly is essential to our success and growth. The role involves a blended learning approach, combining deskside and classroom training, with support from a high-achieving team. Responsibilities
* Deliver various sales training programs for new starters.
* Conduct recruitment systems training across all applications (CRM, LinkedIn, Job Boards, MI Reporting).
* Collaborate with managers to build, develop, and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
* Keep training records updated and logged.
* Conduct 1:1 training using diverse training and coaching techniques.
* Provide prompt feedback to managers on team performance and support strategies.
* Monitor and track individuals’ development progress to ensure training effectiveness.
* Coordinate and manage training logistics.
* Design and update training sessions regularly.
Qualifications
* Experience in a 360 recruitment role.
* Willingness to travel weekly to different offices.
* Interest in building a career within Learning & Development.
* Diligent and well-organized.
* Ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Fluency in French, Dutch, or German is preferred.
* Experience recruiting in EU markets.
Pay Range and Benefits
Salary: £32,000 - £39,000 + 10% performance bonus after probation.
