Looking for something slightly different to day-to-day account management then this could be the role for you.We are recruiting for an experienced national account manager / key account management / sales professional to join a leading business based within their north London office to drive sales internally in a leading FMCG business.
You will be responsible for maximising the sales of a key product range within the wider group by the implementation and delivery of key sales plans and initiatives ensuring you drive continued revenue growth and increase overall sales.
Your main responsibilities will involve;
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach of Own brand.
* Coordinate overall brand presence and attend various trade shows
* Analyse sales data and market trends to develop actionable insights and strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
* Stay updated on industry & market developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Key requirements:
* Proven track record of success in sales management, within a Retail environment preferably Food/FMCG Sector.
* Educated to Degree Level
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
* Be a motivated passionate sales professional and have the tenacity to deal swiftly in an ever-changing retail environment
* The ability to travel is required both UK & occasionally internationally.
