About Us

Our mission is to transform the way people end relationships in a kinder and better way, and to help couples avoid the emotional and financial turmoil of traditional solicitor approaches. As pioneers of working with couples, we’ve shaped the landscape of no‑fault divorce and helped thousands untie the knot, amicably. We are growing, and our innovative tech‑enabled and digital approach to divorce, separation and co‑parenting means we continue to help thousands of couples separate in a better, more positive way, freeing people to focus on the emotional challenges and reducing the cost to themselves and society.

We promote a collaborative culture and are rapidly growing to meet demand and legislation change. Our values bring our purpose to life: we are Kind to everyone we encounter, we embrace Trust & Professionalism, and have a quest for Customer Focus that drives us to be more Pioneering. We are proud to be part of the Octopus Group.

About The Role

We’re looking for a detail‑driven, analytical and proactive individual to maintain the integrity of our customer and sales data across HubSpot and related systems. This role sits at the heart of our sales and operational infrastructure – ensuring data is accurate, reports are reliable, and processes continuously improve. You’ll play a key role in making sure our CRM and reporting are trusted sources of truth, supporting better decisions and smoother operations across the business. You’ll be based in our Commercial team and will report to the Commercial Director.

Key Responsibilities

Data Integrity & Maintenance
* Check and maintain the accuracy of our HubSpot data.
* Monitor and maintain data quality across connected systems (e.g., Airtable and spreadsheets).
* Identify data inconsistencies and take ownership for investigating and resolving them.
Process Improvement
* Critically evaluate existing CRM and data processes; identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and usability.
* Collaborate with the tech and sales teams to test and implement improvements.
Reporting & Analysis
* Spot trends, anomalies, or inconsistencies in data and work with relevant teams to address root causes.
* Create, maintain, and improve HubSpot reports and dashboards to ensure reliable insights for sales and leadership.
* Support regular reporting cycles, data analysis and insight generation.
Training & Enablement
* Support HubSpot training for new joiners (and potentially lead sessions over time), helping to create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and internal training materials.

About You

To be successful in the role, we’re looking for:
* Excellent attention to detail – take pride in accuracy and consistency.
* Analytical and critical thinker – able to interpret data, spot issues, and think critically.
* Experience with CRM systems.
* Data skills – confident using Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, etc.) and visualising data.
* Process‑oriented approach – enjoy improving systems and finding better ways to work.
* Fast learner and adaptable – learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
* Business awareness – understand how CRM data connects to commercial context.
* Self‑starter – take ownership of your learning and know how to find answers.
* Organised and reliable – able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Clear and confident communicator – can explain data insights and issues simply and collaboratively.
* Alignment with our mission and values, bringing a sense of purpose to your work.

* Experience with HubSpot.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

* Salary: Full time: £28,000–30,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
* Private Health Insurance
* Group Life Assurance
* Employee Assistance Programme
* Pension scheme (after 3 months of employment)
* 28 days holiday plus bank holidays per annum
* Cycle to work scheme
* Company laptop

We respect and value people’s differences and believe that our teams are at their best when their members feel safe to bring their whole self to work. We are committed to creating an inclusive experience as well as equal opportunities for growth and development for all.
