* Responsibleforcasehandlingresidentsrepairsincouncilowneddwellings.Ensuringeffectivediagnosisandschedulingofrepairsthroughtojobcompletionadheringtocouncilprocessesandpolicies.
* Ensureopenordersaremonitoredandclosedwhenjobsarecompleted,effectivehousekeepingoftheopenworkordere.g.reviewingpotentialduplicateordersandclosingwherenecessary.
* Provideexcellentcustomerserviceensuringresidentsarekeptinformedofthestatusoftheirrepairs.
