We’re recruiting for a Cash Management Technician to join us on a 5 month FTC. We’re offering acompetitive base salary. 1. Managing daily funding calculations and manual payment inputs with precision
2. Investigating and resolving abnormal bank account balances to prevent future issues
3. Reconciling payments and receipts, including cheque activity, to maintain financial accuracy
4. Responding to internal and external enquiries with professionalism and initiative
5. Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives
6. Maintaining accurate management information and procedure documentation
7. Handling queries from banks and colleagues in a timely and effective manner
8. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
9. A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail
10. Good written and verbal communication skills
11. Familiarity with banking or cash management processes (desirable but not essential)
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
13. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
14. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
15. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
16. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
