This position involves teaching academic Music across Key Stages 3 and 4, with significant responsibility for A-Level performance and theory. Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging and rigorous academic Music lessons up to and including A-Level. Lead and manage a range of ensembles (e.g., choir, orchestra, jazz band) and co-ordinate annual school concerts and productions. Develop students' practical musicianship, technical theory, and historical analyse of musical genres. Track student progress meticulously, providing precise feedback to accelerate learning and maximise performance standards. Utilise the school's high-quality practice rooms and performance spaces effectively. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and a relevant degree specialism in Music.
