If you are the exceptional Cover Supervisor that we are looking for, you will: • In the absence of the responsible class teacher, be highly effective in the classroom, drawing on a wide range of knowledge and skills to enable the continuation of learning meeting the needs of all learners; • Engage, motivate and manage the behaviour of pupils; • Create a dynamic yet purposeful learning environment for pupils; • Develop the confidence of our learners to enjoy learning and to participate fully in the life of the school communityGrade 8 £30,559-£31,586 pro rata (£15.84 - £16.37) per hour - 30hrs/week (term time)
