We are looking for a Procurement expert to play a pivotal role in a global transformation project.
The Role
This is a high-impact role focused on process transformation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across our EMEA business.
You’ll work cross-functionally with teams spanning Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance, identifying inefficiencies, leading improvement initiatives, and embedding scalable, best-in-class processes.
If you’ve come from a Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations environment and have led process improvement, systems change, or transformation programmes, this is your opportunity to step into a broader, more strategic role.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and deliver end-to-end process improvement initiatives across core operational workflows
* Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, sustainable solutions
* Drive continuous improvement (CI) methodologies across the business
* Partner with stakeholders to redesign and optimise processes across multiple functions
* Support system and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring processes are aligned and future-fit
* Analyse performance data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
* Lead cross-functional workshops, driving alignment and embedding change
* Standardise ways of working to improve efficiency, visibility, and control
* Act as a key link between business teams and systems/process change
️ What We’re Looking For
* Background in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations
* Proven experience in process improvement / continuous improvement (CI)
* Experience delivering transformation or change initiatives
* Strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes (e.g. supply chain, order flow, planning, procurement)
* Confident working across functions and influencing senior stakeholders
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
* Experience working with or alongside ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is beneficial
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
