About the Role
1. Oversee all kitchen operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent quality, presentation and culinary integrity.
2. Implement robust systems for cost control, purchasing and inventory management, ensuring financial efficiency without compromising quality.
3. Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance across all areas.
4. Develop training programmes that strengthen skills, encourage innovation and support long term growth within the team.
5. Collaborate with senior hotel leaders to enhance the overall guest journey and deliver a cohesive experience.
