Business Development Manager

It scales through trust, partnerships, and people who understand how UK healthcare really works.
At BlockMed Pro UK Ltd, we’re responsible for scaling the UK adoption of the BlockMed Pro platform, working with GP practices and community pharmacies to enable partner-led user growth and onboarding in a compliant, NHS-adjacent environment.
We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to help us expand our UK footprint.
This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who can build relationships, manage a structured pipeline, and engage senior healthcare stakeholders with credibility.
The role
* Build partnerships with GP practices, PCNs, and community pharmacies
* Manage hot, warm, and cold outreach across the UK
* Present a clear, approved value proposition to decision-makers
* Support partner onboarding and early adoption
* Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline reporting
* Represent the company at meetings and industry events
Who this is for
* You’ve worked in business development or partnerships
* You’re comfortable running full sales cycles
* You’re organised, commercially sharp, and relationship-driven
* Experience in health tech, healthcare, or NHS-adjacent markets is a strong advantage
