A client within the Public Sector based in North Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor to join their Building Control team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a Building Control environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to support the Building Control Service in delivering a high-quality function across North Yorkshire, ensuring buildings comply with relevant regulatory standards in terms of health, safety, sustainability, energy conservation, accessibility, and design, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining statutory compliance.
