Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and direct audit assignments across a portfolio of high-growth and internationally active entities
2. Manage and develop high-performing teams with mentoring, coaching, and people leadership
3. Contribute to business development, winning new engagements and strengthening client relationships
4. Provide technical guidance in UK GAAP, IFRS, and relevant auditing standards
5. Collaborate with partners on strategic initiatives, risk management, and operational improvements
What You'll Bring
6. ACA / ICAS qualified (or equivalent) with extensive audit experience
7. Proven success in managing complex audits, delivering quality outputs, and engaging stakeholders
8. Strong people development experience, with a passion for mentoring and team growth
9. Commercial mindset with the ability to spot and convert new business opportunities
10. Excellent communication, adaptability, and leadership capabilities
