We are an inspiring, and dynamic Nursery that offers children and their parents an exceptional standard of childcare and education. The Nursery has a capacity for 38 children and is inspired by Nordic approaches to education and a pedagogy that emphasises professional love and care, active learning and nurturing each unique child. We have a dynamic and already-reputable Forest School provision which we are proud to offer to the community (and to our staff), which is also expanding. We are now into our second year and are delighted to be growing quickly - our community is recognising the passion we are bringing to Early Years in the Hove Park area

Requirements:
* Minimum of Level 2 full and relevant Early Years qualification or Experienced Unqualified individuals looking to develop.
* Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
* Ability to communicate kindly and professionally with children, parents, and staff members
