Overview
Please note that the hourly rate for this position is £12.65. The advertised salary of £24,413 is based on a full-time role (37 hours per week). As this role is part-time, the actual salary will be adjusted proportionally according to the number of hours worked term time.
Responsibilities
* Clean classrooms, corridors, staff rooms, toilets, and communal areas to a high standard.
* Ensure hygiene in areas used by children, including regular disinfection of surfaces.
* Safely operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning products.
* Follow safeguarding procedures while working in a school setting.
* Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
Experience and Training
Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential. Applications from candidates with little or no experience are welcomed. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
