About The Role
As our Care Assistant (Days), you’ll provide personal care to our residents, supporting them with bathing, eating, using the bathroom, and getting around the home. Your warm, supportive and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships with residents and understand their likes, dislikes, and needs.
Responsibilities
* Follow electronic care plans for each resident and administer medication as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records.
* Remain alert at all times to residents’ physical and mental well‑being.
* Help maintain our high standards ensuring the home is always clean and safe.
