Brilliant new role, hybrid role salary c £75000, as Total Lead .

Reporting into the Head of OD and leading a team of two Reward Managers and a Benefits Manager and a Reward Analyst, this best-in-class business take the business of reward seriously. As Total Reward Lead you will be focussing on creating and implementing a Compensation and Benefits Strategy that impacts positively on retention and attraction of talent.

You will be experienced in using Willis Towers Watson as your JE tool and be able to demonstrate a pedigree in building and delivering world class reward offer and function. You will be the Reward expert for the business, so will be partnering fully with the Head of OD and the wider SLT to ensure that the reward offer is compliant, well governed, fully reported and market leading.

As Total Reward Lead you will take responsibility for:

1. Develop and implement our compensation and benefits strategy in collaboration with the Head of OD and Reward
2. Ensure compliance with governance and legislative requirements in all reward activities.
3. Oversee the benefits agenda, leveraging commercial opportunities with providers.
4. Lead robust communication strategies for reward and recognition initiatives.
5. Design and manage variable pay offerings, ensuring compliance and governance.
6. Lead, mentor, and develop the reward team, sharing expertise and best practices.
7. Act as a key support during peak periods or absences to maintain business continuity.

This is a complex environment – you must come with previous experience creating a reward strategy in partnership with the SLT. As trusted advisor and critical friend, you will make the Reward agenda accessible and understandable to the business. You will build a best-in-class collaborative reward team, that engages fully with the business.
