WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a warehouse and e-commerce professional to support order fulfillment at our Nottingham distribution center.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
* Ensuring all the online order fulfillment and retail order shipment processes administered in accordance with the organization's customer service and quality standards
* Support with the day to day operations of the E-Commerce Picking-Packing team
* Work with Customer Happiness team in the event of a customer complaint
* Perform administrative tasks such as creating shipping labels, paperwork for shipping companies, process cancelations etc.
* Assists with onboarding and on the job training of the team to be highly functional and effective
* Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials when needed
* Labeling/Releasing stock and orders
* Ensure standards for quality and health and safety are met
* Assist in maintaining warehouse standards of cleanliness and organization and ensure tidiness standards are always respected and maintained
* Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures (e.g. shipments, safety standards, stocking).
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
* Attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills
* Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate between several modules/programs
* Effective time management and communication skills
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc.
* Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in Retail, Inventory is an asset
