Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through campaigns, referrals, and networking.
* Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and present appropriate insurance solutions.
* Quote Delivery: Prepare and deliver competitive insurance quotes, meeting income and referral targets.
* Policy Coordination: Manage documentation, ensure compliance, and facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients.
* Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with directors, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Customer Service: Maintain high standards of service and professionalism throughout the sales cycle.
Candidate Profile
* CII qualified (or working towards)
* Proven sales experience – insurance experience beneficial
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Confident handling complex risks
* Highly organized and self‑motivated
* Experience with insurance systems (e.g., Acturis Systems) preferred
* Full, clean driving licence
