C J Motors Ltd are looking for a full time receptionist to cover the front desk in a busy garage.

We are very customer focused and are extremely proud of our high standards of customer service and ensure that we will always go the extra mile for the customer.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced customer service and administrative experience to run the front desk on a full time basis Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm.
This is a customer facing role based around diary management and customer interactions such as taking bookings over the phone and online via our social media pages, invoicing, occasionally collecting parts, taking payments, and general office duties.
Requirements
The role will be busy and varied, it would be beneficial if the candidate has worked in an garage environment before (although not essential), covering all aspects of running a busy reception.
Therefore you will need to multi task with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and be confident in all aspects of administration.
Previous knowledge of the motor trade and knowledge of cars and their repairs is preferable although again not essential, a full driving license is however essential as you may be required to collect car parts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: meets minimum wage requirements but can be negotiable for the correct candidate.
