With both part time and full-time hours available, you will work 1-to-1 with a 68-year-old male client with an Acquired Brain Injury, helping him remain engaged in everyday life, access the local community and continue progressing towards meaningful rehabilitation goals. This role would suit somebody who enjoys the outdoors, has a proactive approach and takes pride in delivering compassionate, person-centred care. What’s in it for you

As a Support Worker your role will include:
* Supporting a male client with Acquired Brain Injury in his home and local community
* Prompting and encouraging daily living routines and independence
* Assisting with medication and some personal care
* Encouraging engagement in outdoor and community activities
* Helping the client access hobbies and interests important to him
* Playing an active role in rehabilitation focused care
* Building positive routines and promoting wellbeing
What we’re looking for in a Support Worker
* Previous experience working within the health or social care sector
* NVQ / Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
* Full UK driving licence and confidence driving a larger vehicle
* A proactive, compassionate and reliable approach
* Passion for rehabilitation and helping individuals achieve goals
* Somebody who enjoys outdoor activities and community engagement
