Job Introduction We are seeking a Renewals Specialist to join our Mercedes Benz division at Mercedes Benz of Lincoln Dealership.
Your working hours will be 08:30 18:00, Monday to Friday, with a 1-in-3 weekend rota. Weekend rota shifts can be completed remotely.
We offer an excellent basic salary with OTE up to £34,000 plus benefits.
We are looking for a highly organised professional with up-to-date knowledge of financial products and campaigns.
Actively generate renewals leads and coordinate appointment bookings across the Mercedes Benz Group to drive vehicle sales using available systems and databases.
Engage with customers through our live chat platform to manage incoming enquiries.
Liaise directly with our client database, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Previous experience in the motor trade is advantageous, however if you are able to demonstrate previous experience in a busy sales environment role full training will be provided.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, collaborating with dealership staff to provide a smooth service for customers.
Experience within the automotive or car dealership sector is preferred but not essential.
