Job Description INVENTORY CLERK / PROPERTY MANAGER - Lettings Location: Littlehampton, BN17 Salary: £25k Position: Permanent An opportunity has become available for an experienced Residential Inventory Clerk / Property Manager to join a busy Lettings team based in Littlehampton. Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation in the local area and a substantial property portfolio. The ideal candidate for this role will already be an experienced Residential Inventory Clerk or alternatively, have Property Management experience and ideally have worked previously in a Residential Lettings environment. You will be responsible for carrying out check in’s and check out’, Inventory make up’s; conducting inspections of all managed properties, and assisting with office administration. Due to the nature of the job you will need a full UK driving licence and the use of a car is essential. Our client may consider someone local and experienced on a part-time basis as well.
