The Opportunity:
As a Technical Architect, you'll lead the design and delivery of cloud-native solutions, driving the migration and modernisation of enterprise platforms.
You'll be working on large-scale systems that support key operational services, helping to improve performance, scalability, and customer experience through innovative Azure-based architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver end-to-end Azure PaaS architectures
* Lead cloud migration strategies from on-premise to Azure
* Define solution roadmaps aligned with business and technical goals
* Implement Azure services such as App Services, Functions, API Management, and Azure SQL
* Collaborate with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
* Ensure best practices across security, scalability, and performance
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
* Proven experience delivering Azure cloud migration programmes
* Strong background in .NET Core, Angular, and SQL
* Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS offerings
* Experience with microservices architecture and API Management
* Strong understanding of Azure networking, security, and identity (Azure AD)
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform)
Desirable:
* Azure certifications (e.g. AZ-305, AZ-104)
* Experience with Azure DevOps and automated deployment pipelines
* Knowledge of cloud security best practices and RBAC
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
