As a Property Management Accountant based in our London office, you'll play a key role in ensuring the financial integrity and performance of our UK centres. Acting as the vital link between Centre Management and the Finance team, you'll maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with statutory and corporate standards, and deliver timely reporting that supports strategic decision-making. You'll lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including capex and cashflow planning, and provide insightful analysis to help centre teams set targets and monitor trends.
