Salary £11,096 per annum
Shift Part Time, Monday, Tuesday and alternating Wednesday
In this role
This role in an integral Part of Logistics team working 08:00 to16:00 and is first line contact with supplier and hauliers taking checking and booking for the Goods in Raw and Packaging materials. This is done predominately over the phone the but is occasionally backed up with emails. This is part of the larger Logistics team and duties will also included assisting with checking loads on receipt, labelling products and collating outbounds despatches to other Premier sites and external supply/customers.
What are your responsibilities
Checking and taking delivery bookings for all in coming Raw and Packaging materials
Collating at coordinating ad hoc dispatches
Coordinating rejected materials collections
Checking incoming Purchase Orders
Owner of damaged / missing /contaminated items on receipt and feeding back to Material planners and QA
Book keeper for GRN notes dating back 5 years, maintaining auditable standard
Vendor performance measures
PI Counting in warehouses
Idea candidate will have
Good SAP knowledge of goods in, PI counting and dispatches
Professional telephone manner
Logistics knowledge
Visual knowledge of Raw and Packaging items
Stock control experience
