About The Role
As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst, Based from the head office in Barton you will support our Compliance team by improving the way we report and use data to analyse and improve department and Company performance.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Creating/maintain reports to measure key metrics
2. Calculating benefit to the business for reports created
3. Calculate cost benefit for future projects within the department
4. Analysing trends within key metrics that influence performance
5. Creating presentations for internal stakeholders
6. Providing accurate data to departments and key stakeholders

About You
Desired skills and knowledge:
15. Highly motivated to learn how to analyse complex data and identify key trends
16. Skilled in Excel with experience using varied data management software
17. Desire to learn how to translate complex data into structured reports
18. Interest in developing skills in MySQL Databases
19. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
20. Driven by producing quality work that supports good business decisions
21. Interest in analysing and interpreting large data sets
22. Have a key interest and understanding of maths, business and IT
This role will be based onsite at Wren's Head Office in Barton, working remotely is not an option for this role as you will be working closley with stakeholders.
