Learning Support Assistant (SEN) - Colchester

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (SEN) to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Working closely with teachers and the SEND team, you will help pupils access learning, build confidence, develop independence, and celebrate success every day.
What You'll Do
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs
* Help pupils engage positively in lessons and school life
* Support emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour strategies
* Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs
* Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
* Contribute to EHCP outcomes and support plans

Ideal Experience
