Your primary goal is to foster independent learning by supporting students to:</p><ul><li>Develop independence and build on their learning strengths.</li><li>Create essential strategies for organisation and time management.</li><li>Formulate action plans to successfully stay on track with studies.</li><li>Build on crucial research skills, including widening knowledge, distinguishing appropriate sources, and correctly using references.</li><li>Enhance reading and writing comprehension skills.</li></ul><p>You are expected to act professionally, maintain confidentiality, and address any student concerns in a timely manner.</p><h3>Mandatory Qualification Requirements</h3><p>This is a specialist, Disabled Students Allowance (DSA) funded role.
