Property Manager | Bury (BL9 0EU) | Full Time | £22,500 £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

Our client is a firm of professional property managers, valuers and chartered surveyors with over 125 years experience in the industry. They provide a comprehensive range of property services across the residential sector, managing a wide portfolio across Greater Manchester and the North West.

With offices in Bury and Manchester city centre, they are large enough to offer a complete solution, yet small enough to remain agile and responsive to the changing needs of their clients.

They have an exciting opportunity for a driven, organised and customer-focused individual to join their team. This is a varied role managing a diverse residential portfolio, where no two days are the same.

Requirements

Essential

* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal and a professional customer-facing
* Approach
* A positive, motivated attitude with energy and enthusiasm
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
* Full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Flexibility to deal with the occasional out-of-hours call or enquiry

The Role

* Managing a residential property portfolio with confidence and professionalism
* Carrying out property inspections and producing detailed reports
* Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing clear guidance and excellent customer service
* Attending AGMs
* Liaising with contractors and suppliers to arrange works and negotiate contracts
* Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets alongside our accounts team
* Supporting and motivating team members, while advising on complex queries
