Our client is a well-established organisation responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of multiplemercial buildings across Leicester city centre, including a portfolio of student amodation properties. They are now looking to strengthen their maintenance team with an experienced joiner on a temporary contract.
Your new role
As a Joiner, you will carry out a variety of reactive and planned maintenance works across several sites in the city centre. The role will involve working within occupiedmercial environments, ensuring all joinery tasks arepleted to a high standard while maintaining a professional approach when dealing with site teams and residents.
Contract: Temporary
Pay: £22- £23 p/hr (Umbrella)
Start date: 06/05/2026
Contract Length: 1–3 months
Based: Leicester City Centre
What you'll need to succeed
1. Time-served or qualified Joiner (NVQ or equivalent)
2. Proven experience inmercial maintenance environments
3. Previous experience working within student amodation
4. Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites
5. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple buildings
