This is an exciting opportunity work with a warm and positive private day-nursery in Harrogate, who focus on child engagement with a therapeutic approach. The setting looks after up to 70 children, and both indoor and outdoor areas are split into age-appropriate sections and provide sensory enhancing activities. The nursery ensures children are able to challenge themselves and take risks in a safe and secure environment. The nursery is looking to take on ideally a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner, on a long-term basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right Nursery Practitioner, however level 2 will be considered also. You will report directly to the Nursery Manager and could be required to work across all rooms, supporting children from ages 6 weeks up to 4 years. In a time of growth for this Nursery, career progression opportunities are also available for the right Nursery Practitioner.
