Job Description
EMEA Payroll Specialist (24-month FTC)
7. Process payroll for countries within the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with in-country regulations
8. Maintain all payroll records
9. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve all payroll-related issues
10. Prepare and submit statutory filings and reports
11. Manage payroll-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to employees
12. Assist the wider team in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and software
13. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations within the EMEA region
14. Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
The Successful Applicant
EMEA Payroll Specialist (24-month FTC)
15. EMEA Payroll exposure previously (or current)
16. Strong attention to detail
17. Fluency in English (additional languages would be a big plus)
18. Have the ability to work independently as well as a part of a large team
19. Strong proficiency with MS office suites and payroll software
20. Excellent communication skills
21. Able to adhere to a 2-year term
