Our client is seeking a care professional with a passion for working with older people and in particular dementia care. This Home Manager role is based near Chatham, Kent within a large nursing home with an experienced staff team and excellent regional support. Requirements Min NVQ level 4 health & social Care Nurse qualification with valid NMC pin Direct experience of supporting people with dementia A qualification in dementia care is desirable Experienced in working with CQC and external agencies to deliver positive outcomes Ability to develop and market the home Responsibilities Registered Manager with CQC Leadership of care home team including care and all support functions Deliver exceptional resident centred care Working to KPI based on quality and occupancy Reporting to Regional Manager Working in accordance with CQC and other regulatory legislation Recruitment, supervision and appraisal Professional development of your team Remuneration £70,000 - £75,000pa Please contact Neil at Bright Selection for more information.
