Key responsibilities and duties:
1. To maintain engineering data on the Vector NAVIXA system
2. To Interpret & maintain Chinook technical data on the Vector network
3. To operate within and to the engineering processes set within the FBM
4. To interact with associates and the customer regarding queries and RFC
5. Development of technical repair solution for customer acceptance
6. To carry out technical research regarding alternatives and repair schemes
7. Have an Broad understanding of regulatory articles
8. Adherence to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals.

Core:
Essential
9. Indentured Aircraft Apprentice or Equivalent
10. CAT B Stamp holder applicable to Chinook Platform – Or sufficient on aircraft experience.
11. Good Teamwork, Communication skills
12. Good IT skills and competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite
13. Good Planning and Organising skills
Desirable
14. Engineering background
15. Knowledge of RFC / Workflow system
16. Knowledge and understanding of NAVIXA system
Functional:
Essential
17. Able to read and understand technical drawings and publications
18. Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload
19. Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
Desirable
20. Able to work flexibly to the needs of the business
21. High level of customer focus
Organisational Relationships:

Professional Qualifications/Education and Training:
23. Indentured Aircraft Apprentice or Equivalent, CAT B Stamp holder

24. Experience within a Chinook maintenance environment

25. Previous experience in a technical support role
