They are looking to develop their excellent customer support even further with the addition of a Team Manager The Role The Client Support Team is fundamental to the success of the business, as the first point of contact for clients and providers alike. As Client Support Manager you will report to the Operations Director and play a pivotal role in mentoring and leading your team to fulfill their goals and deliver outstanding customer service. With your people management skills, you will set high performance standards and targets, working closely with your team to achieve them. Through regular coaching, training, and feedback you will develop a confident and competent team who can positively contribute to the overall vision. You’ll also be involved in recruitment, new starter onboarding and championing regular 1-2-1’s focusing on employee retention. The Candidate You’re going to need to be from a financial services background. You’ll be an established manager or ready for a step up (but have gained exposure in a supporting manager role). You’ll be a natural when it comes to relationship building and maintenance, internal and external. Strong financial services product knowledge is a must You’ll also need to be competent with IT systems incl. Excel, Data Management systems and related processing. CII / formal training is desirable.
