Role Overview
Assist children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to engage fully in learning and reach their potential. Work closely with families, staff and external agencies to create tailored support plans that meet each child's needs. Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued, supported and able to thrive.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
* At least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
* Excellent understanding of EYFS.
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
* Experience working with children with SEND requirements.
* Enhanced DBS check required; safeguarding training mandatory.
