Inspire EHC is recruiting committed and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistants to support students across secondary mainstream and specialist school settings throughout Norfolk. These roles provide consistent part-time hours between 3 and 5 days per week, with genuine temp-to-perm opportunities for candidates who are the right match for the school.

Your Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with a variety of SEND needs
Adapt curriculum content and learning materials to support progress
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
Contribute to a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment
Support students with SEMH needs, communication differences, behavioural challenges or learning difficulties
Promote independence, confidence and engagement in learning
Contract Details
Contract type: Temp to perm
Days: Part-time, 3–5 days per week
Hours: Approximately 08:30 to 15:30 (subject to school timetable)
Age range: Secondary students (11–16)

Ideal Candidate Requirements
GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above
Full UK driving licence and access to transport (travel between schools may be required)
Experience supporting young people with SEND in school, youth work or care settings
A calm, patient and resilient approach
A genuine commitment to supporting students’ academic, social and emotional development
